Now that you're getting into the rhythm of working from home, don’t leave TI's Texins Fitness Center out of the mix. We are excited to offer a new program, Spring Into Motion for our members, and TI employees nationwide.  

This complimentary, six week, digital weight maintenance program aims to educate you on the four pillars of well-being [Mindset, Nutrition, Movement, and Recovery] and provides optional workouts created by Texins staff members for all skill levels.
