By participating in the aforementioned health and fitness class workouts or clicking any associated links (collectively referred to as “Online Fitness Activities”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. You certify that you are capable of performing Online Fitness Activities and acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in such activities with knowledge of the health risks and dangers involved, including risk of injury. If you experience health issues while participating in Online Fitness Activities, you will discontinue the activity and consult your physician.

In consideration of permission to participate in Online Fitness Activities, you hereby waive any and all claims of whatever kind you may have, and fully and forever release any and all claims, demands, damages, and/or causes of action, present or future, whether known or unknown  or anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from or arising out of the Online Fitness Activities, including but not limited to any claim for negligence, injury, death or loss on behalf of yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and any other person acting by or through you, against Texas Instruments Incorporated (“TI”), EXOS Works, Inc. (“EXOS”) and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, trustees, employees, agents, representatives and contractors, and their successors.
