Maintain Don’t Gain is a 6-week weight maintenance program held over the Thanksgiving and Winter Holidays.
Goal: Maintain within 2 pounds of your initial weight, to receive a T-shirt. Complete, and log progress for additional challenges to gain eligibility for a building prize, or our grand prize valued at $500!

On May 2, Texins Fitness Center will host TI’s 4th annual triathlon. The TI TRI combines swimming, biking and running into one big event. The TRI is open to TIers and Texins members and has nine convenient start times throughout the day.
