6-WEEK CARDIO CHALLENGE


Move one (1) space on your game board after completing different types of cardio:

Versa Climber - 10 minutes

Rower - 15 min

Stair Climber - 20 min

Marpo - 25 min

Treadmill - 30 min

Elliptical - 35 min

Bike - 40 min

1 Group X Class. Climb the ladder and skip 7 spaces by completing ALL of the following: the Texins workout of the week, a group exercise class, and by submitting a picture of your post-workout snack/meal via email to rogers@ti.com
