Bio

Essence is from Dallas, Texas and has obtained her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Management from the illustrious Grambling State University in Grambling, Louisiana. She has been certified in lifeguarding and teaching swim lessons for 7 years also has experience in swim teams in her younger years as well. Essence currently holds her CPR, AED, FIRST AID, LIFEGUARD, SWIM INSTRUCTOR , and LGI Certifications. She plans on earning her Masters Degree in Athletic Training and a Doctorate in her upcoming future.

Fun Fact

Essence is an Alumni of People to People Student Ambassadors and had the pleasure in joining a trip to Australia back in 2015. She has taken a dip in the Great Coral Reef, tour of the Famous Opera House, and had a taste of Kangaroo.
