Bio

Austin was born in Pueblo, Colorado and holds a BS in Kinesiology from Colorado Mesa University and an AS in Culinary from Colorado Mesa University. Once his baseball career came to a close he worked with athletes up the road in Frisco, before transitioning to corporate wellness. He specializes in strength and conditioning, kettlebell, and aerobic capacity.

I love going on new adventures with our little family, along with hunting for big game. If I'm not doing those things, more than likely I am spinning my wife around on the hardwood, to country music.
