Getting Started is for newcomers and those returning to strength training after a break. In this eight session training, we'll cover weight lifting basics,  focus on lifting form and have a little fun along the way. Great for those who want a strength training workout but don’t know where to start.  

NOTE: Participants must be able to walk at least one mile and easily get up and down from the ground.

What You’ll Learn

  1. Build a Strong Foundation: Provides beginners with a solid grounding in weight training, ensuring a safe and effective start on your health and fitness journey.

  2. Build Knowledge: Learn basic weight lifting methods, how to lift weights and/or use weight machines correctly to prevent injury and how to be consistent with your workouts.

  3. Build Confidence: Gain confidence using the weight room through weekly workouts and trainer guidance.
