Class descriptions:
Functional Core – Combination of strength exercises and stretching to improve core strength and posture.
HIIT - Fast paced total body class using your own body weight and minimal equipment, suitable for all levels!
POP Pilates® - An incredible fusion of ab-chiseling and total body defining moves choreographed to upbeat addicting music making it a dance on the mat. This intense (and fun!) mat-based workout challenges students to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock solid core, increasing strength and flexibility while leaving no muscle untouched. This format takes classical Pilates to another level!
Yoga - Increase flexibility, strength, stamina, and reduce stress through meditative yoga -deep stretches with emphasis on breathing, alignment, and posture.
Zumba™ - Routines feature fast and slow Latin rhythms and own body resistance training. Moves are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Fun for everyone!
