Bio

Shane developed a passion for health and fitness at a young age, receiving his first set of weights as a child. Growing up, he played many different sports, including baseball, soccer, hockey, and basketball. He has also dabbled in Boxing and the martial arts, including Judo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Shane is a former was Emergency Medical Technician. As an EMT, he developed a passion for helping others. Shane is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer and an NASM Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Specialization. Shane believes that being a personal trainer allows him to merge his passion for fitness with his love of helping others and encouraging them to live better and healthier lives. Shane also teaches a self defense workshop series at TEXINS.
